It's pretty much a nightmare situation:

You're using a public restroom, when all of the sudden, you discover you're being filmed. It doesn't get much creepier than that.

What makes this story stand out is how the creeper in question got caught. You're going to love this.

Idaho man arrested in Utah for voyeurism/recording.

Drew Sparrow, of Weston, Idaho, thought he had it all figured out. He could begin recording a video on his phone, hide it in a stack of paper towels in the women's bathroom, and the ladies would be none the wiser. Or so he thought.

While using the restroom at a dairy farm in Elberta, Utah, a women discovered Sparrow's hidden device and confiscated it. Here's where the story gets weird.

Sparrow discovered the woman leaving the bathroom, asked her if she had the phone, and somehow went on to do something even stupider. After the woman took the phone in question to the local Sheriff's office, this guy calls the sheriff's office to ask if they have his phone.

You can probably guess what happened next. He got caught. Big time. He even admitted to the charges upon his arrest.
