It is finally here. One of the most fun nights of the year, and with it being a Friday, you can celebrate and have fun all weekend long. The clocks will change, giving you an extra hour this weekend, meaning you will have time to catch up on sleep after attending all the fun that is happening across the Magic Valley. There are many events taking place this Halloween in the Magic Valley, and you won't want to miss out on all the fun.
Thursday, October 30 Through Saturday, November 1 - Tubbs Berry Farm
The days of going to Tubbs Berry Farm and enjoying all the fun are coming to an end. This weekend will be the end of the pumpkin patch, the duck hay maze, the apple blasters and all the fun that Tubbs offer during the month of October. If you haven't been yet, make sure to get out this weekend, and if you have been and want to have fun one more time, make sure to stop by. Thursday, October 30 - Hands-On Tamale Class
Many people enjoy a good tamale, but do you know how to make them? Would you like to learn how to? There is a hands-on tamale class happening this Thursday at Rudy's, located at 147 Main Ave W in Twin Falls. The class is at 6 PM and it is $55 per person for the class. Thursday, October 30 Through Monday, November 3 - 'The Hello Girls'
If you enjoy musicals, history, and an up close performance of a show, you need to check out 'The Hello Girls' this weekend. The musical will be performed Thursday, Saturday, Sunday, and Monday and showtimes will be at 7 PM on Thursday, 2 PM on Saturday, and 7 PM on Sunday and Monday. Tickets are $20 per person and the show will be performed at Twin Falls Theatre Collective, located at 310 Main St in Filer. Friday, October 31 and Saturday, November 1 - CSI Women's Basketball
Basketball season is here and it all starts this weekend. The CSI women's basketball team will be hosting four games this weekend as apart of the Coca-Cola Invitational. They will have two games on Friday at 1 PM and 5 PM and two games on Saturday at 1 PM and 5 PM as well. Friday, October 31 and Saturday, November 1 - CSI Men's Basketball
The women's team won't be the only in action as the CSI men's basketball team will be in action as well, as they get their season started. The men will also be hosting four games on Friday and Saturday as part of the Physician's Immediate Care Tournament. Friday, October 31 - Trunk-or-Treats
Some enjoy going trick-or-treating door-to-door, and others prefer the safety of doing trunk-or-treats these days. There are many trunk-or-treats to still take place this weekend, with many happening on Halloween. You can attend one if you don't want your child to get too much candy, or you can try to hit multiple ones or attempt to attend them all. Friday, October 31 - Halloween Costume Party
If you are someone that doesn't have kids or yours are too old to go trick-or-treating and you are looking for some Halloween fun, make sure to put on your costume and hear to the Halloween Costume Party happening at Canyon Crest Event Center this Friday. The party will begin at 6 PM with karaoke and the cost is $10 in advance or $15 at the door to get in. There will be karaoke, dancing, games, prizes, surprises, and more. Friday, October 31 - 'The Rocky Horror Picture Show'
As is tradition this time of year, The Orpheum Theatre will be holding a special event on Halloween. They will be showing the classic, 'The Rocky Horror Picture Show' this Halloween. The circus is in town and is something every child should experience at least once. This isn't any normal circus, but is a water circus. They will be at the Magic Valley Mall, in the parking lot, Friday through Monday with multiple shows to attend. Tickets start as low as $15 and show times are Friday at 7:30 PM, Saturday at 1:30 PM, 4:30 PM, and 7:30 PM, on Sunday at 1:30 PM and 4:30 PM and on Monday at 7:30 PM. Saturday, November 1 - Tassels For Tatas
The Orpheum Theatre will be a busy place this weekend as they will be having a performance on Saturday as well. Tassels For Tatas is a special event that is for a good cause and is entertaining. The funds from the show go towards raising breast cancer awareness and the show will be a burlesque type show where tassels will be twirling. Tickets start as low as $15. Saturday, November 1 - Cirque Kalabante
Many people are fascinated by African culture and if you want to see it presented in a way like you have never seen, you will want to attend Cirque Kalabante this weekend. Saturday, November 1 - Halloween Party
Halloween might be taking place on Friday, but that doesn't mean all the festivities will be done.
