SANDPOINT, Idaho (AP) — Bonner County is seeking a default judgment against the operator of an unlicensed off-road vehicle park.

The Bonner County Daily Bee reports that the county is seeking two default judgments against Twisted Mud N' Crawl. Bonner County Deputy Prosecutor William Wilson would not disclose the nature of the violations for one judgment, but the other is because park operators have not filed an answer to the county's civil complaint.

Neighboring landowners say the park is loud with vehicles, music, gunfire and foul language. Park operator Katheleen Bryngelson says the park is only open to friends and family. If the default judgment of stopping activity at the park is not granted, a trial is scheduled to start Nov. 10.
