A Kimberly man was scheduled to appear in court earlier this week for sentencing on child pornography charges.  The attorney for 44 year old Donald Morris told Judge Richard Bevan that his client was in a treatment facility in Wyoming and was unable to attend his hearing.  Judge Bevan asked for proof within 24 hours and after no proof was received he issued a $250,000 warrant for Morris’s arrest.  Morris was arrested in June on charges that a computer owned by him contained images of child porn.  After a plea agreement, 20 felony counts against him were dropped, leaving a total of 15 counts of child porn possession.
