TWIN FALLS, Idaho (KLIX)- Twin Falls Police arrested a homeless man found sleeping in car after breaking into apartments Friday morning.

According to City of Twin Falls Spokesperson Josh Palmer says police arrested  Jeffrey T. Eguilior, a 35 year old homeless man. Palmer said police were called to a home in northern Twin Falls for a break-in early Friday morning after a female teen reported seeing a man matching Eguilior’s description come into her room and attempted to get in bed with her. She asked the man to leave. The suspect left the house and the teen woke up her guardian.

They discovered the laundry door unlocked and garage door open. They also found the doors to the vehicle  in the garage open and that it had been gone through with the keys missing. Police later got a call from another resident on Rivercrest Drive of a man in their apartment matching Eguilior’s description. The man asked the resident why their door was unlocked and left.

A short time later police responded to another call from woman claiming a man was asleep in her car at the same apartment complex. Police arrived and found Eguilior asleep in the car. Equilior was arrested on several charges including burglary and battery with intent to commit a serious felony and taken to the Twin Falls County Jail.
