A man shot by a Twin Falls police officer after they say he fled during a traffic stop and rammed two police cars, is facing three felony charges. Shortly after 1 a.m. Tuesday, officers say they tried to conduct a traffic stop, but instead of pulling over, the suspect lead police on a short chase.
