More smoke filled the skies over the Magic valley yesterday thanks to a couple of new fires. The first fire broke out at around 1:30 yesterday afternoon two miles north of Wendell.

If you’re wondering where all the smoke came from yesterday you can blame a wildfire near Mountain Home.  Winds fueled a grass fire near Mountain Home Air Force Base just before noon yesterday that blackened around 500 acres and sent smoke into the Magic Valley area.
