UPDATE – Twin Falls Police Remove Dynamite From Twin Falls Yard

Several blocks of downtown Twin Falls were barricaded off by Twin Falls Police Tuesday afternoon as the bomb squad worked to remove six  sticks of dynamite and several blasting caps from a back  yard on 6th Ave. East.  Homes near the area were evacuated and other nearby residents were  told to stay inside.  A bomb disposal robot was used to retrieve the dynamite.  It was then removed from the area and taken to a save place for disposal.
