The Idaho Department of Environmental Quality says the wetlands meet new requirements at a cost of about ten percent of the estimated $5-million dollars needed to bring the sewage treatment plant up to standards.  The Council will consider one wetland area west of Auger Falls and the other near the police firing range.  The Council will also hear a presentation tonight regarding the China Mountain Win Project in southern Twin Falls County.  If approved, the wind farm will include approximately 200 wind turbines and produce about 400 megawatts of electricity, most of which will be sold to Las Vegas, Nevada.  The Council will meet tonight at 5 p.m.
