Two College of Southern Idaho men’s basketball players have been arrested and charged with marijuana possession. 19 year old Jerrold Brooks, a starting guard for the CSI Golden Eagles, and  a recent transfer 20 year old Luke Cothron were arraigned Wednesday in Twin Falls County 5th District Court.  Each man faces one count  of misdemeanor possession of a controlled substance. Both players have been suspended by the school after being arrested Tuesday night. Police say the two were in a car filled with white smoke.  When a police officer approached their vehicle, Brooks, the driver, pulled away but was pulled over a short while later.  Both  players  face a May 3rd pretrial conferences in Twin Falls.
