After a 4 to 1 vote, Cindy Fulcher is no longer principal at Xavier Charter School in Twin Falls.  The vote took place Monday at a board meeting scheduled for the purpose of taking the vote.  The firing of Fulcher is the last of a long battle between her and the board.  Fulcher has been principal of the school since it opened in 2007.  The controversy started when Fulcher allegedly withheld important information about a potential teaching hire whom did not have the proper certification.  The board will now begin the process of finding a replacement for the $75,000 dollar per year position.
