Man Faces Additional Charges Involving Minor

A 42 year old Twin Falls man is being held in the Twin Falls County Jail after being charged with 12 felony counts of sexually exploitative material plus six charges of sexual battery of a minor and second-degree kidnapping.  The Times News reports 42 year old Robert Brackett
was arrested and charged with sexual battery in January after investigators say they found pictures of a 16 year old girl, the alleged victim, on a camera at Brackett’s home.  Brackett faces a preliminary hearing Friday on the new charges.  Trial is set for August for the original felony charges.
