A Feud Is A-Brewin

The owner of  the Smokin Head Shop in Twin Falls says he plans on getting a lawyer. Allen Nagel’s purple-and-lime-green building on Blue Lakes has ruffled the feathers of city hall. It has also caught the attention of police who sent Nagel and two other businesses a letter informing them that they planned on inspecting for obscene material. Nagel, who sells adult videos along with tobacco products, glass pipes and a new legal version of spice says the letter doesn't specify what materials he is selling may be obscene but he says no one under 18 is allowed in his building.  Nagel says he feels like city leaders are singling him out as an excuse to shut him down. He says he believes local government should let the free market work the way it's supposed to.  Nagel says he and his lawyer are discussing his options. He says he is also looking at retaining a constitutional lawyer should his fight have to be carried that far.
