Popular Eating Spot in the Magic Valley Closes For Good

The Magic Valley has sadly seen many places close over the last few years. While it is exciting to see new places move into the area, it is also sad to see places close and leave Twin Falls. Many of these places have great memories for residents in the area, and are missed dearly when they go. Some of these are places where residents got their first job, are their favorite place to shop, their favorite place to eat, or perhaps some big life moment happened at these businesses. Another popular business in the Magic Valley has closed, and most are not happy to see it go.

Pretzel Maker in Twin Falls Closes

This closure happened quickly and took customers by surprise. On Sunday, February 1, Pretzel Maker in the Magic Valley Mall served their final customer in Twin Falls before closing their doors. It didn't take long for the area to be cleared out. As seen above, the signs have been taken down, the equipment is gone, and there is little sign that the popular business existed days before this picture was taken. This is heartbreaking to many, as those who visited the mall usually enjoyed the smell of the pretzels, getting a snack as they shopped, or enjoying something delicious to take a break and sit down in the mall. The reason for the closure is that the cost of being in the mall has gone up, and the owner decided not to renew the lease. It isn't easy to find a good pretzel in the Magic Valley, making this loss a tough one to stomach, but there is some good news on the way for those who are grieving the loss of Pretzel Maker.

New Pretzel Shop in the Magic Valley

While losing Pretzel Maker stings, the good news is that the Magic Valley will not have to wait long for delicious pretzels to be served in the area. As you can see in the picture above, the popular chain Auntie Anne's will be filling in the vacant spot in the near future. There is no exact timeline on when they will be up and running, but knowing that getting a good pretzel and smelling that incredible smell in the mall will be happening soon does help relieve some of the pain.
