Thursday, April 20 Through Saturday, April 22 - 'Merchant of Venice'
The CSI school year is winding down, but there is still time to catch one more play before the semester is over. The Shakespeare classic, 'Merchant of Venice' will be taking place this Thursday, Friday, and Saturday at the CSI Fine Arts Center on the campus of CSI. Friday, April 21, and Saturday, April 22 - Women's Conference
Women of the Magic Valley, this weekend is made for you. Escape your family, and your spouse, and get away and be around other uplifting and encouraging women. The Women's Conference is taking place at the Historic Wilson Theatre this weekend, and it all starts on Friday at 9 AM. The two-day conference will be packed with music, motivational speakers, lunch, and even swag bags for the first 100 registered women. The cost is $45 for the two-day event. Friday, April 21 - Tauren Wells
With the weather being so unpredictable this week, play it safe and go indoors somewhere and enjoy a concert. Tauren Wells will be in Twin Falls this Friday at the Twin Falls Reformed Church, located at 1631 Grandview Drive North. The concert will begin at 7 PM. Wells is a multiple-time Grammy nominee and platinum-selling artist. Doors open at 6:30 PM and tickets are $25 for general admission, $35 for early entrance, and $50 for VIP. This is the weekend of the fine arts, as there are two nights for you to catch the Magic Valley Symphony. They only perform four times a year, and this weekend is one of those times. Have you ever run a 5K before? Has it been a goal you've wanted to achieve? Well, you can finally get out, enjoy the fresh air, and complete a 5K this weekend, all for a good cause. The Feet Stomping, Heart-Pounding, Hands-Flying 5K is taking place this Saturday, and all proceeds will go to help the Idaho Educational Services for the Deaf and the Blind’s – Deaf Mentor program.
