Another week is coming to an end, as well as another month. It may seem like 2025 just began but this will be the final weekend of March already and mark the year being already a fourth of the way through. Spring has officially begun and this past week gave residents in the Magic Valley a taste of beautiful weather. This weekend will see a dip back into cooler temperatures, but overall it shouldn't be that bad. Get off your butt, get out, and enjoy some of the events this weekend in the Magic Valley.

Friday, March 28 - Heath Owens

After a long week of work, it can often be nice to escape your stress by listening to some live music. The Magic Valley is loaded with talented musicians, and one of the best in the area is Heath Owens. Friday, March 28, and Saturday, March 29 - Wood-Fried Pizza at Cedar Draw Cider

If you want to relax this weekend and enjoy some good food, a drink, and make some new friends, make sure to head out to Buhl and check out Cedar Draw Cider for Wood-Fried Pizza this Friday and Saturday. They are located at 20305 on HWY 30 and will be selling cider and wood-fried pizza this weekend from 5 PM to 8 PM both nights. Friday, March 28 - Queer Trivia Night Fundraiser

Do you think you know everything? Are you good at trivia? If so, put your knowledge to the test at Queer Trivia Night Fundraiser at The Lamphouse Theater, located at 223 5th Ave S in Twin Falls. The event begins at 5:30 PM and will go on until 10:30 PM and is for those 21 and older. Money raised from the event will go towards Trans Affirm Inc. Saturday, March 29 - Sample Saturday: Pizza Day

If you enjoy pizza this is the weekend for you. You can enjoy a free slice of pizza by stopping by Rudy's in Twin Falls, located at 147 Main Ave W. This Saturday from 11 AM to 2 PM they will have Sample Saturday, and this weekend will be Pizza Day. If you are out running errands or in the area, stop by and grab a free slice. Saturday, March 29 - Movie Matinee

Going to the movies is always a great way to spend a weekend afternoon or evening, but it can be costly. Instead of blowing your money on a movie, how about watching one for free? Instead, go to Movie Matinee at the Twin Falls Public Library, which is free. The movie happens on Saturday at 3 PM and this weekend they will be showing 'The Peanuts Movie.'
