While no parent should ever have to face this situation, let it serve as a reminder that as temperatures rise, make sure to not leave your children in the vehicle, even if running into a store quickly. It doesn't take long for them to overheat and the younger the child, the more dangerous the threat. Thoughts and prayers go out to the family tonight, and hopefully, nobody else will have to see this happen to them.
