Stevo’s Restaurant Expands to Kimberly, Idaho

Stevo’s, a local favorite restaurant in Heyburn, Idaho, known for its burgers, sandwiches, steaks, spuds, and salads, is expanding to Kimberly. This wildly popular eatery, celebrated for its great food, house-made fry sauce, and exceptional service, will soon open its doors at Red Cap Corner, just a couple of doors down from 1st Federal Bank.

What to Expect from Stevo’s in Kimberly

The interior of the Kimberly location is nearing completion, with tables and seating already in place. While the exact opening date hasn’t been announced, word is the new restaurant could be open within the next month. Once open, Stevo’s in Kimberly will operate with the same hours as the Heyburn location:
Monday - Saturday: 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. Closed Sundays.

A Reputation That Precedes Them

Stevo’s is known for a number of menu options, including trout sandwiches, specialty baked potatoes, ribeye steaks, and a unique house-made dill dressing for their salads. Fans of the restaurant rave about their service, with one social media user stating, "The best food and service ever!"

If you’re unfamiliar with Stevo’s, it's worth making the trip to Heyburn to sample the menu ahead of the Kimberly opening. The Heyburn location is open Monday through Saturday, from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m., at 290 S 600 W, Heyburn, Idaho.
