Southern Idaho Food Spots Offering Veterans Day Deals
The one day of the year when we honor those who have signed on to defend the United States of America by serving in the military is coming soon. Several Southern Idaho businesses are acknowledging the service of these great Americans by offering discounted or free services and meals.
Wednesday, November 11, is Veterans Day in America. It's a day when those of us who have never enlisted and served in the armed forces need to show appreciation for those who have left family and friends at home to travel the world to defend not just the U.S., but other countries who face tyrannical leadership that threatens a way of life and puts citizens in imminent danger.
The United States Army, Navy, Air Force, Marine Corps, Space Force, and Coast Guard extend protection wherever it's needed. The men and women who wear the uniforms are the most patriotic humanitarians walking the planet and deserve recognition for the sacrifices they make.
