UPDATE: Water Line Break in Twin Falls
UPDATE: The road is back open and the water line has been repaired.
The City of Twin Falls is reporting a water line break on the east side of town causing issues for drivers.
The city is saying that a contractor working in the area struck a water line in the area of Eastland Drive (N 3100 E) and Falls Avenue.
In the News Flash, the report states that the waterline is causing isolated flooding in the area.
Drivers are being asked to avoid the area, specifically Eastland Drive North, while crews work to fix the broken pipe. There have been no reports of the water line break being an issue for residents using water as they normally would for drinking and cleaning.
Updates on the situation will be made at TFID.org.

The road conditions are not showing up on the Idaho 511 app and the Google traffic map shows conditions to be good at the Falls and Eastland intersection.
Twin Falls residents should also be aware of an ongoing underground power line installation that could cause issues on Shoup Ave, between Blake Street and Richardson Drive. The work is happening near Baxters Dog Park and the St. Luke's Canyon View Building. That project is expected to be finished by March 28th.
