There's usually one common denominator when a film gets purposely paused for an extended time, and it's not because someone needs to use the restroom. There are a ton of websites out there that claim they have the answer to what the most paused cinematic image is, but do they speak for Idaho?

I grew up with a brother who was five years older than me, so by the time he was a teenager, you can imagine what my delicate eyes were exposed to before I reached my ninth birthday. My mother didn't monitor what we watched, so before I finished junior high school, I'd seen just about every film that had excessive nudity in it thanks to my bro; there were a few adult films grouped in there too, but I usually had to lie down in the dark hallway and peek around the corner at the television to get access to those.

I guarantee you, the Sharon Stone vajayjay scene IS NOT the most paused in the state of Idaho.

Movies like Porky's, Fast Times at Ridgemont High, Revenge of the Nerds, Stripes, and other films that were considered "raunchy" at the time are how many young kids in the eighties were first introduced to nudity. The Phoebe Cates pool scene in Fast Times at Ridgemont High, and Sharon Stone's cross-legged moment in Basic Instinct are on every "most paused" list out there. I guarantee you, the Sharon Stone vajayjay scene IS NOT the most paused in the state of Idaho.

It's funny to see how many YouTube channels are devoted to this very subject. Times have changed since the eighties, and nowadays someone might be more turned on by a countdown of the Top 20 Weapon Rooms in Movies more so than a compilation of most iconic movies featuring nakedness.

I'm not speaking for every Idahoan, but the Internet sure seems to think that the most paused movie by Idahoans operating remotes likely occurred during one of the films I've mentioned. The weapon cabinet scene in GI Joe: Retaliation (2013) might be more to the average Idahoan's liking, and for gun owners, is pretty darn sexy too; it's at 12:12 into the clip below. (You're welcome)
