New Food Truck Park, Retail Market Planning Twin Falls ID Opening

Exciting news was shared this week on social media from a community-driven, retail and market business regarding a Twin Falls County expansion into a building that has remained dormant for nearly five years.

Most longtime Twin Falls residents remember Gerties Brick Oven Cookery, which served the community for many years prior to closing in October of 2021. The brick building, at 602 2nd Avenue South, has sat vacant for several years, but it appears new life might be blossoming there in the coming months.

A February 11 Meta post from Terra Cotta Park, a combination food truck, vintage retail, vendor, workshop hub, and garden with a focus on community sustainability announced a move to the neighborhood, with sights apparently set on the former pizza cookery's address.

A New Food Market And Vendor Business Focusing On Community Sustainability Is Planning A 2nd Avenue South Opening

Their website describes the operation as a year-around artisan and food truck park, with the additional services of a market that specializes in art and greenery, and offers both indoor and outdoor seating and late evening hours.
