TWIN FALLS, Idaho (KLIX) – The American red Cross will close its temporary shelter at Eastside Southern Baptist Church at noon today.

The Red Cross had teamed with the church last week to provide temporary shelter for families displaced by area flooding.

The shelter’s staff will remain on standby and reopen the shelter if the need arises, according to Twin Falls County. County agencies will continue to monitor flooding and damage within the community.

“We are grateful for our partnership with the American Red Cross and their service in our community,” reads information from the county.
