Idaho State Police say 36 year old Roney Welker was crossing main street about 200 feet away from a marked cross walk when he was hit Tuesday afternoon. The transit as it is called will be  seen in the Magic Valley beginning around 4pm. And will go to sundown. Chris Anderson with the Herrett Center Observatory says people can see it using special solar viewing sun glasses they are selling...
