After receiving a fourth DUI conviction in four years a Twin Falls man will be going to prison.  47 year old Martin Arizmendi-Sanchez was sentenced in Fifth District Court yesterday to 3 to 10 years in prison for the latest conviction of felony DUI.  Arizmendi-Sanchez blew just over .3 when he was arrested late last year. The legal limit in Idaho is .08 blood alcohol level.   He pleaded guilty in mid-December.  He’ll be eligible for parole in three years.  Arizmendi-Sanchez was also fined $1000 and his driver’s license will be suspended for three years after his release from prison.  He has been convicted five times of driving under the influence since 1996.
