A Twin Falls man involved in the killing of Jesse Naranjo in 2005 is going to prison for 15 years.  The Times News reports that 38 year old Juan Pina entered a guilty plea late last week to felony voluntary manslaughter in the killing of Naranjo back in 2005.  He's been sentenced to 15 years  in prison but was given credit for 5 years that he's been in jail since the incident.  Pina was convicted of first-degree murder in 2006 and sentenced to 30 years in prison but that was appealed claiming Judge Richard Bevan gave improper instructions to the jury.  That appeal was upheld.  Another man involved in the the case, 23 year old Johnny Shores, pleaded guilty to voluntary manslaughter in 2007 and is currently serving a prison sentence.
