(KLIX)- A Twin Falls Truck Driver was injured in a fatal crash in eastern Idaho. According to Idaho State Police it happened 12 miles east of Ririe. Police say a man driving a Honda sedan crossed the center line and collided with a semi-truck being driven by 56 year old Richard Hotchkiss of Twin Falls. Police say Hotchkiss swerved to avoid the car but was unable to. The collision caused the truck to catch fire. Hotchkiss was taken to an Idaho Falls hospital. The driver of the car died at the scene. He was not wearing a seat belt. Two people riding a motorcycle behind the car were hit by debris from the crash but were not injured.
