(KLIX)-The Twin Falls Urban Renewal agency gave the thumbs up to its 2013 fiscal year budget. The budget is set at $12.2 million  with $2 million earmarked for downtown investment in infrastructure. That’s a million dollars more than what was invested last years 2012 budget. About $2.76  is expected to come from property taxes, capital leases and investment income. The cash carry over was $9.4 million dollars, including a line of credit set aside for public infrastructure to support the Chobani yogurt factory.
