
Was OKC Beheading an Act of Terrorism?
Police say the beheading of a woman and stabbing of another in OKC on Friday by Alton Nolan, so far, don't appear to be acts of terrorism. Neither, according to the Obama administration, was the shooting of U.S. military personnel by Nidal Hassan at Fort Hood in 2009. So, what does it take to be an act of terrorism? Or is political correctness at play here?
