Daybell and Vallow Trial Dates Set For 2023 in Ada County, ID
Idaho officials have finaly set the date for the trial to start against Chad Daybell and his wife Lori. After the hour-long meeting on Thursday morning the District Judge, defense attorneys, and prosecuting attorneys agreed on a trial date to begin in January of 2023. The trial will take place in Boise at the Ada County Courthouse.

Charges Against Lori Vallow and Chad Daybell
Chad Daybell and Lori Daybell (Vallow) are being charged with murdering two of Lori's children, Tylee Ryan and J.J. in 2019. Chad is also facing charges for the murder of his previous wife, Tammy. Lori is being charged with conspiracy to murder her previous husband. In August prosecutors announced they planned to seek the death penalty for Chad Daybell. Lori was found incompetant to stand trial in prior meetings.
The bodies of the two murdered children were found buried on the property of Chad Daybell in June of 2020.
