Idaho Correctional Resident Walks Away From Jobsite
PAYETTE, Idaho (KLIX)-A female inmate at a western Idaho facility walked away from her job site in Fruitland and is suspected of stealing a small car. According to the Idaho Department of Correction, 33-year-old Kristina Brewster, a resident of the South Idaho Correctional Institution, was last seen at around 12:30 a.m. Friday at the place she worked. She is suspected of stealing a 2016 Toyota Corolla, dark grey in color. Brewster was wearing a white sweatshirt, blue jeans, and brown boots. She has prior convictions in Nez Perce and Ada counties. Brewster has been eligible for parole since 2019 and would have been let out of custody in 2024. Anyone with information about Brewsters should call 911.
