The drug is sold under many names, like Tranquility, White China and Euphoria, and is being marketed as "bath salts,” but law enforcement says this isn't what you'd throw into a tub to relax -- rather a dangerous way to get high. Idaho State Police Captain Clark Rollins says  "bath salts" are sold on the internet and over the counter throughout Idaho.  Meanwhile, a bill to permanently ban “spice,” the synthetic marijuana, is moving its way through the capital building.  On Thursday a bill is expected to be introduced to make the chemicals and compounds in "bath salts" illegal.
