Boise Ranks As One Of The Best Driving Cities In America
Driving in Boise has become a different beast lately. Once it hits 3 o'clock it seems like the traffic is already building up on the freeways and surface streets. By the time it hits 5 o'clock it basically feels like all hope is lost.
Boise Driving During Rushing Hour
Driving anywhere during Boise Rush Hour has become a real pain for some people. Just trying to get to the freeway exit in downtown Boise could take longer than being on the actual freeways themselves sometimes. Traffic has been brutally and it's only been getting worse. But other than traffic jams Boise ranks pretty well amongst other cities for driving.

Having some of the worst traffic we've seen in history here in Boise, Boise is considered one of the best cities to drive in in the entire country. Seriously!!! Boise is ranked the second best city to drive in in the entire country.
Here is how Wallethub's ranking came to their final conclusion:
Overall rank for Boise City: 2nd
24th – Annual Hours Spent in Congestion per Auto Commuter
1st – Accident Likelihood in City vs. National Avg.
6th – Rate of Car Thefts
24th – Auto-Repair Shops per Capita
17th – Avg. Parking Rates
Honestly, it's almost shocking to see that despite all the terrible traffic that has been happening in our city Boise is still considered one of the best cities to drive in. I guess that means other people must have it worse...
