On the south side of Twin Falls, a former CSI Rodeo Team member has brought his passion for rodeo to his backyard. Mitch Pollock is a world-ranked saddle bronc rider and has transformed his property in Southern Idaho into a rodeo arena for his own personal events.

2022 Backyard Bronc Bash in Twin Falls

2022 was the third year for the Backyard Bronc Bash in Twin Falls and it did not disappoint. Riders and spectators came from all over to be part of the event which included the best rodeo riders in the world, a massive American Flag held high on a crane, an airplane fly-by, and a special moment between Mitch and his wife that didn’t exactly go as planned.

Who Won The 2022 Backyard Bronc Bash

The event was fun for all who attended, but the rodeo winner Ryder Wright probably went home happiest with the $20,000 prize and 10 bred heifers. This highlights video for the event is 26 minutes of awesome rodeo action that you can experience from your phone or computer screen.

Mitch Pollock’s Backyard Dream

The Backyard Bronc Bash has been a way for Pollock to enjoy his love of riding and pair it with a way to help his community and friends. Part of the proceeds from the events each year has gone towards charitable causes, including #JRsLEGS.
