Back-to-school season means different things to different people.

If you have kids, it means you have days in your near future of fighting and tears as you try to get the kids ready and convince them to go happily to classes. If you don’t have kids, it might just mean that you have to pay better attention to sidewalks, crosswalks, and for stopped school buses.

That time has arrived. If your kids haven’t already started classes, they will in the next few days. While they are in school, you hope and pray that they will make friends, be safe, and get a good education.
