LOOK: Idaho Has One of the Best Gadsden Flag License Plates in America
When Idaho announced that it would be producing a Gadsden Flag-themed license plate, we were excited. We also worried that it would be considered racist and cause an uproar.
It isn’t, and it didn’t.
Idaho recently released 5 new license plate options, including two of our favorites: the Gadsden Plate and the Black and White Retro Plate. You can see all 5 of the new Idaho plates later.
First, we want to point out how much cooler the Idaho Gadsden Plate is than most of the other states that offer one. With the exception of Montana, because that plate looks awesome, Idaho’s ‘Don’t Tread on Me’ license plate is top notch. Most of the plates from other states have the coiled snake on the left side of the plate, only Idaho and Tennessee put the snake in the middle of the letters and we like that better.

The thing that makes the Idaho plate better than Tennessee is that it’s cleaner. Tennessee has extra letters stacked on the left side of the plate and less space for customizing the available letter and number space.

Now that you’ve seen them, that Montana plate is pretty sweet, right? Did you notice that is says Don’t Tread on MT (for Montana) instead of Me?
