NAMPA (KTVB) -- Police are searching for a man who robbed a Nampa pharmacy overnight.

The robbery happened at 12:45 a.m. at the Walgreens on 12 Avenue South.

Police say the man did not show a weapon, but demanded prescription pills from the pharmacist. He left after an undisclosed number of pills were handed over.

The man, who was caught on surveillance tape, is a white man in his twenties, with brown jaw-length hair. Witnesses described the man as slim, bearded and about six feet tall. He was wearing a black and gray sweatshirt and a tan beanie hat.

The robber fled the scene in a light colored SUV.

Anyone with information about the robber's identity should contact Nampa Police.

Two pharmacies in Twin Falls were targeted Monday night. Police have not said if the crimes are related.
