Rupert Man Re-Charged With 1st Degree Murder

A Rupert man is again charged with first degree murder after the original first degree murder charge was dropped.  32 year old Damon Azure was indicted by a grand jury this week for the apparent shooting death of his brother, 31 year old Seanachan Azure. 

The shooting occurred on February 12^th near Twin Falls Park north of Kimberly.  Besides the murder charge, Damon Azure is also charged with resisting and obstructing officers.  A hearing on that charge is scheduled for March 6^th.  He’s currently being held in the Twin Falls County Jail without bail.
