Top Story Instapoll 8/4/11:The FAA…Should Congress Fly Back And Extend Its Budget?

Congress left town without authorizing a budget for the Federal Aviation Administration leaving 4000 FAA employees without paychecks and 70,000 construction workers without jobs.  Should Congress fly back to authorize the FAA budget or is this a good opportunity to "trim the fat?"
