The manager of Friedman Memorial Airport in Hailey says if the airport isn't improved or moved it could eventually lose all commercial service and about $1.4 million annually it receives from the Federal Aviation Administration.   Rick Baird made the comments last week at a Bellevue City Council meeting.   About 130 Bellevue residents at the meeting remained firm in wanting the airport moved.    The FAA says the current airport is too dangerous because of expanding residential areas and high hills. Local officials are considering expanding the airport to meet federal standards after expenses to move the airport south soared to more than $300 million.
