Both my husband and I are Superman freaks!  He wants to be Superman and I want him to be Superman, so it works out.  Except for about a month my husband has been non-stop asking me when the movie comes out?  He knows that it's THIS WEEKEND!

For those of you who are as excited as I am, here's everything you need to know to see the new New Superman Movie - 'Man of Steel' Playing in Twin Falls this weekend.

First, lets start with a Superman fun fact that involves the state of Idaho.  According to IMDB:

The 1984 ABC Television broadcast of the film used over 30 minutes of footage deleted from the theatrical release, almost all directed by Donner. The ABC scenes include: Superman flying past the Concorde (intended for the first film), extra dialogue between Luthor and Otis in jail, extra dialogue between Luthor and Eve flying to and within the Fortress of Solitude, the death of the young boy trying to escape East Houston, Idaho, the soufflé, and scenes between Superman and Lois. Nearly fifteen minutes of extra footage with Gene Hackman includes a pivotal scene in the Fortress where Luthor begs forgiveness from Superman.

If you plan on watching "Man of Steel" in the Magic Valley, then here's what you need to know:

If you want to be the first to see Man of Steel, then buy your tickets now for the midnight showing this Thursday night at Magic Valley Cinema 13.

I suggest buying from Fandango, because it's so convenient.  Simply purchase your tickets, then bring the same card you bought the tickets with up to the ticket office at Magic Valley Cinema 13 and boom, you're done.  I usually grab the tickets while my husband waits in the snack line.

At this theater, not only are multiple times offered (matinees too), but the movie is being shown in both 2D and 3D as well as the their reserved seating D-BOX seats.  If you want to take your movies up a notch, do it.

Interstate Amusement also offers you an option to buy tickets online here.  I love me convenience.  Also, Interstate Amusement has updated their theaters with new, larger seating, new digital equipment and sound, and lots of grub.  Plus they are offering multiple locations and multiple prices:

You'll have to wait till Friday to catch "Man of Steel", but honestly, a loud slammed packed theater is not always enjoyable (see my past experience watching Iron Man 3).  Twin Cinema 12 offers the new Superman movie in both 2D and 3D and leaves you with various times to watch the film including matinees.
