Tis the season to eat. And then eat some more. So the real question shouldn't be will you gain weight this Holiday season it is really a question of how much you'll gain.

Unless you have great self control or you don't like desserts, you'll put on a few pounds of winter blubber this year. Do you try to combat the holiday munchies by going to the gym or eating small portions or have you accepted your fate and eat whatever you can get your hands on? After all, if you do gain weight you can just make that your New Year's Resolution for 2014.
