upert man accused of killing his brother won’t be happening in the near future.  Damon Azure has been held in the Twin Falls County Jail since being arrested for killing his brother, 31 year old Seanachan Azure, near Twin Falls Park on February 12th north of Kimberly.  Damon Azure will undergo evaluation in the Idaho Security Medical Program, a special program for those who display evidence of mental illness or psychosocial disorders.  Twin Falls County Prosecutor Grant Loebs tells the Times News the process will take 90 days to complete.  At that time the results will be given to the judge.  Besides the murder charge, Damon Azure also faces charges of resisting and obstructing officers.
