A Change for Some State Speed Limits (Opinion)

We’re all familiar with sightseers (I’m one of them) driving the state’s two lane roads well under the speed limit.

Passing on a two lane road isn’t easy because anytime you exceed the Idaho speed limit you could be ticketed.  Now local State Legislator Lance Clow would like to make passing a little easier.  Clow is introducing a bill allowing some flexibility.

Mr. Clow is one of the two Representatives from my part of town.  He deserves credit for a common sense proposal.  We’ve talked in the past about traffic studies and he follows them closely.  I’m guessing this bill passes soon.
