Boise State has proposed a $17.5 million bond issuance to help fund the expansion of Bronco Stadium. The University will ask for approval at Thursday's Idaho State Board of Education meeting. The proposal calls for the sale of bonds to Barclays Capital Inc. If approved, the $17.5 million will be used to fund the expansion of Bronco Stadium, which includes the addition of nearly 20,000 seats and the building of a new football facility, which will include new locker rooms and a new weight room. Boise State has already raised over $4 million in gifts and donations to help fund the expansion.
