Burley is Idaho’s Safest City

Dying in Burley might be redundant. 

Just ask the folks across the river in Rupert!  The two cities have a strong rivalry.  Both are relatively quiet places to raise a family.  City slickers could call it boring but at least they could sleep more easily at night.  It’s because one study labels Burley as Idaho’s safest city.

One day I was at the Post Office in Burley and when I came outside I marveled just how smoothly traffic navigated downtown.  It’s like a spot of German efficiency smack dab in the Magic Valley.
