The historians may talk about the late Mark Felt.  He was the Twin Falls native who spilled the beans on Richard Nixon.

Don Aslett has a much cleaner story.  Cleaning is his story.

Bob Woodward used Felt as a source and nicknamed him “Deep Throat”.  Felt’s identity wasn’t revealed until late in his life.  He isn’t exactly a household name.  Not counting the reference to a porn film.

Don Aslett has a much cleaner story.  Cleaning is his story.  He has written 40 books and sold millions of copies.  More people have seen him on TV and heard him on radio than any other Twin Falls native.  He is among the best known commercial pitchmen of the broadcast era.  This morning he joined us on Top Story when we broadcast live from Don Aslett’s Cleaning Center on Washington Street.  At 82 years-of-age, he has no plans to retire.  He loves his work and his role promoting safer and easier cleaning of homes and businesses.
