TWIN FALLS, Idaho (KLIX) Unless you live in Arizona and a few other states, you will need to take the clock off the wall and move the time back one hour Saturday night. If you don't, you might be really early for church services Sunday morning. Why? Because Idaho, along with most of the United States, will fall back in the twice-a-year changing of the time for Daylight Saving. Those with smartphones won't have to worry because the phone will automatically switch the time for you. Again, as the saying goes you "fall" back during the fall season and spring "forward" during the spring time. National Geographic put together a little explanation on why most of the country plays with their clocks twice a year and some of the side effects from the time shift. Good luck Monday morning.
