Representative Vito Barbieri went before the House State Affairs Committee Monday morning to introduce a revised version of his bill that would keep Idaho from implementing the federal health care law. The committee voted to print this latest version of the bill. This time, Barbieri has taken out the term "nullification" and is using a Florida court ruling to encourage lawmakers to pass his legislation. Last week, a federal judge in Florida ruled federal health care unconstitutional because it would require all Americans be insured by 2014. Barbieri wants lawmakers to pass his bill that would stop the implementation of federal health care mandates in Idaho.   the House State Affairs Committee will hear testimony on the bill on Wednesday.
