Home Invasion Case Sent To District Court

Four suspects in a home invasion in Dietrich are facing arraignment in 5^th District Court.  After testimony in a Lincoln County courtroom yesterday Wednesday  Magistrage Judge Mark Ingram concluded that there was probable cause to send the case to District Court.  Charged with multiple felony counts are Jeremiah Bennett, Aaron Dondbedian, Gabriel Baker and Jamie Taylor.  The four are accused of entering the home of David and Colleen Conner of Dietrich in the early morning hours of  March 9^th.  The four allegedly held the couple at gunpoint while ransacking the home for  valuables.  The four are accused of taking as much as $5,000 worth of items from the Conner’s.  Arraignment for the suspects is set for May 17^th.
